As a nutrition coach I believe in and practice healthy eating. But why should you, your family or your orgainsation be concerned about what you eat? Because eating healthily helps you look and feel better.
Did you know that two out of three adults in England are overweight or obese, which increases the risk of a wide range of chronic diseases including type 2 diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease including stroke, and cancer. It can also impair well-being, quality of life and the ability to earn. Healthy eating often means making only small changes to the foods you already eat.

I provide a wide range of services using my skills as a healthy eating advisor, trained chef, coach and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy practioner. As an experienced, registered and fully qualified therapist, I run a busy and successful practice based in Sherwood, Nottingham.
I recently qualified as a sports and exercise nutritional advisor, so I can now devise healthy eating programmes for those who want to get the most out of their exercise and sport routines.
If just one of up to 50 essential nutrients is missing, vitality, energy and peak athletic performance are just not possible!
I also work with a number of food outlets to make their menus more healthy and nutritious.
If you are a new restaurant or cafe, or you are struggling to meet the dietary needs of your customers then I can help; by providing calorie and nutritional information for your recipes so customers can make an informed choice.
