What’s coming up?!
Yoga and nutrition workshop, West Bridgford
After the success of our first workshop in November, Debbie and I are pleased to announce that we will be running these events regularly. Our next one is Monday 15th January 2018, from 10.30 – 12.45.
You will be able to practice gentle, mindful Yoga (suitable for beginners) with Debbie and participate in a guided meditation where you can let go into your body and breath; leaving you feeling relaxed and at ease.
This will be followed by a healthy vegan buffet made by Susan. We’ll spend time relaxing around the table and Susan will share her nutritional expertise and deliver tips for winter wellness and take any questions about healthy eating.
The whole event will leave you feeling nourished and balanced.

Next vegan cooking class
Tuesday 16th January 2018 5.30 – 6.45
I will be showcasing a local vegan baker Chamaih, from ‘SweetVibes’. She will be showing us how to make vegan brownies. But not your run of the mill brownies, these are gluten free, naturally sweetened and are preservative free.
Whats not to love! This is a proactive class so you will get fully involved and take home some delicious brownies to wow your family and friends.
I will share my nutritional expertise, including balance, moderation and portion control
The cost is £25 and includes all the ingredients, recipe and of course your brownies.

Vegan cooking classes, West Bridgford – Ongoing programme These take place in my 5* rated kitchen, where I can accommodate up to four guests at a time.
The days and times are generally:
Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 11- 12.15pm
Tuesday 12.15 – 1.30pm
Tuesday evening 5.30 – 6.45pm
Although I can, within reason be flexible
I provide all the ingredients, equipment and the recipes. All you need is a container to take home the food you make.
All that for £25! However if you commit to six classes and pay in advance you only pay for five ie £125.
My classes are really flexible, which means you don’t have to attend every week or even the same day every week. You can also take a break as long as you let me know in advance when you are coming
