Learn how to create your own bespoke raw vegan chocolates from 3 simple ingredients and a bit of nutritional knowhow.  The chocolate making workshop takes place at my West Bridgford cooking school

Mindfulness and healthy eating for Wellbeing

We held our first workshop on Monday 21st January, and it was lovely to have such a wonderful group of people enjoying themselves.  The feedback was so positive that we have decided to deliver another one, this time in the evening

Vegan cooking classes, West Bridgford – Ongoing programme

These take place in my 5* rated kitchen, where I can accommodate up to four guests at a time.

The days and times are generally:

Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 11- 12.15pm

Tuesday 12.15 – 1.30pm

Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evening 5.30 – 6.45pm

Although I can, within reason be flexible

ingredients2I provide all the ingredients, equipment and the recipes. All you need is a container to take home the food you make.

All that for £25! However if you purchase 5 classes (to use within a year) and pay £125, I will throw an extra one in for free.
My classes are really flexible, which means you don’t have to attend every week or even the same day every week.  You can also take a break as long as you let me know in advance when you are coming

One to one private cooking lessons

I regularly run vegan group cooking classes for a maximum of four people, in my 5* rated kitchen in West Bridgford, Nottingham.  These are relaxed and informal affairs that occur at fixed times of day and I decide what recipes you will be cooking

If you don’t like the idea of a group cooking session, maybe consider my private 121 sessions. They are ideal if you need to build up your cooking confidence, have more guidance and support, want to tailor the session to a specific dish, ingredient or time of day.
