Pilates and vegan lunch

Welcome to our pilates and vegan lunch workshop.  The event is taking place in West Bridgford, Nottingham on Wednesday 22nd May from 10.30 – 12.45pm.

Michael will be delivering a Fitness Pilates session incorporating elements of stretching, relaxation and meditation as well as improving flexibility, mobility and core stability. You will need to wear comfy clothing for this and bring a yoga mat if you have one, although we have some spares

Whilst you are being stretched and flexed I’ll be preparing your 3 course vegan lunch.  After a comfort break we’ll sit around the dining table and enjoy some delicious and nutritious vegan food.  You can ask questions about Michael’s session or ask me about healthy eating.  You will also be able to take home the recipes

The whole morning is very relaxed and informal, you may see the odd cat weave their way through the pilates session to seek out the underfloor heating!

This event is perfect for those who are regular pilates attendees or newbies, as Michael is able to offer different levels to challenge you and your balance, flexibility and strength.  The reward for that commitment  is some superb relaxing meditation to get you ready for my nutritious nosh

The cost for all this is £30, made payable by bank transfer, Paypal, cheque or if necessary cash on the day.  We can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, so please contact me to book your place
